The inspiration for our vibrant dessert bar was basically what our 7-year-old selves would have lost it over on Easter morning. When we thought back to our favorite Easter candy it was most definitely Peeps, so we started there and ran with it. We hope you enjoy and find some major inspo for your little chicks this upcoming Easter!
Our Peeps cake was definitely the show stopper of this dessert bar! Featuring gorgeous rainbow frosting and, hidden inside for a fun surprise, layers of blue, yellow, and pink cake! Click HERE for a hack video on frosting this bad boy and HERE for the cake recipe.
Next, we made super simple, and oh-so-cute, Peeps S'mores! Finding spring colored sprinkles to top them with is key. Click HERE for the recipe.
Everything is more fun to eat when it's on a stick, including Rice Krispie Treats. These colorful squares are actually flavored by the Peeps themselves, making them extra delish. Click HERE for the recipe.
These ooey, gooey, marshmallow filled Whoopie Pies are almost as fun to look at as they are to eat. Click HERE for the recipe.
Of course, we HAD to include Peep Bunny Chocolate Bark. Click HERE for the recipe.
Our lemon cupcakes with buttercream frosting were turned from simple to WOW with a dose of Fancy Sprinkles in Palm Springs. Click HERE for the recipe.
To give our bouquets a festive touch, we dipped Peeps in white chocolate, drizzled with bright sprinkles before the chocolate hardened, then stuck them onto cake pop sticks. These arrangements are perfect to give as a nice gift as well!
